CUSTOMER UPDATE: COVID 19 CORONA VIRUS
Dear Valued Customers;
We are dealing with a surge in demand and are truly struggling with staff numbers. On busy days this is meaning that we may have longer than normal waiting times and may have limitations in capacity within our venue. We strongly advise pre booking of tables for lunch and dinner to avoid disappointment. Priority will be given to residents of the Lodge so should you wish to join us for Lunch or Dinner please do call us on 01600 890238 or E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to avoid disappointment during busier times.
We will be continuing to operate in a fully Covid safe manner and masks are still required while moving around, unless medically exempt, as well as temperature checks on check in and the use of anti viral fogging in our guest rooms and throughout our property.
WE URGE ALL CUSTOMERS WHO WISH TO VISIT TO BE PATIENT AND POLITE TO ALL MEMBERS OF OUR DEDICATED STAFF TEAM, WE TRULY WISH TO PROVIDE YOU WITH AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE BUT WE ARE DEALING WITH VERY DIFFICULT TIMES.
IF YOU WISH TO JOIN US AND NOT BE PATIENT AND POLITE DURING THESE DIFFICULT TIMES YOU WILL SIMPLY BE ASKED TO LEAVE BY SECURITY STAFF.
Pre Arrival: Please ensure that you, anyone you may live with or have visited do not have any of the main Corona Virus symptoms. Being persistent cough, high temperature and loss of either, the sense of smell or taste. We will require your full address and postcode to keep on file in accordance with Government guidelines. This is from the Government guidelines regarding track and trace.
Please ensure that you use the hand sanitization points prior to accessing the Lodge. We do insist that customers bring with them and wear their own protective mask whilst navigating any corridors and or public areas.
The Rooms: All guest rooms will be fumigated with an approved anti viral fogging treatment to ensure any risks are minimized prior to your stay with us. All bed linen and towels provided by our laundry company have been washed using certified chemicals to ensure that they are clean and safe. Hospitality trays in the rooms will be equipped with disposable beakers and cups to assist us with providing a safe level of service.
Breakfast: All guests must pre order their breakfast the night before to help us serve you in the best way possible. The forms will be located in your room, at reception and must be completed and returned to reception by 9pm the night prior. We will also be offering two breakfast time slots to help with social distancing, these will be: 08.30 – 09.00 OR 09.00-09.30. We will endeavor to accommodate your initial preference when you return your breakfast form. Please do note that not all 1st choices may be available subject to demand.
Evening Dinner: Service will be offered at your designated table and with a pre table booking only. Your server will provide to you anything required with your ordering options directly from a sanitized area that has not been visited by any other member of the public. You will be required to book a time for your table so that we can ensure distancing and reduce the risk of queuing.
Restaurant: All tables and the chairs in all areas will be sanitized before use using a certified anti viral and anti bacterial chemical.
Public Areas and Corridors: Staff will be regularly sanitizing the public areas including all hand rails at regular intervals using certified products and procedures. It is advised that residents use their own bathroom facilities rather than the public facilities downstairs to help us control any risks involved. All public areas will be treated with the certified anti viral fogging process at regular intervals. Priority will be given to residents for the indoor space and only should there be sufficient space and distancing will out of house guests be permitted inside.
Due to the implementation of these measures during busier times the speed of service may be lower than normal and we urge you to be patient with our dedicated team who will be striving to provide you with an enjoyable and safe experience.
